Welcome to Lixen (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read them carefully. By accessing or using Lixen, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Lixen. The Service is intended for adults only and is not available to minors under any circumstances.

Lixen provides access to non-sexual, non-clinical emotional support and conversation with trained, compassionate female companions. Lixen is not a medical, therapeutic, or crisis service and is not intended to replace professional counseling, psychiatry, or emergency support.

If you are in crisis or need mental health support, please call 988 or your local emergency services.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, especially in cases of misconduct or policy violations.

You agree to use Lixen respectfully and lawfully. You may not:

• Engage in sexually explicit, harassing, or threatening behavior
• Ask companions for personal contact information or offline meetings
• Record sessions without written consent
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use the platform for illegal, commercial, or exploitative purposes
• Attempt to bypass platform safeguards or security features

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and reporting to law enforcement if appropriate.

Lixen companions are independent contractors trained to offer emotional support and meaningful conversation. They are not licensed therapists or medical professionals. Their views are their own and do not reflect official guidance or medical advice.

Lixen does not guarantee outcomes from any session or interaction.

You agree to pay all applicable fees for services booked through the platform. Payments are processed through a secure third-party provider. Lixen does not store your payment information directly.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion in the event of a billing error or service disruption.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Lixen, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

All content on the site—including branding, text, graphics, videos, and software—is the property of Lixen or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

• No Guarantee of Results: We make no warranties regarding the quality, effectiveness, or outcomes of sessions.
• No Professional Advice: Lixen is not a medical or mental health service. Use is at your own discretion.
• As-Is Basis: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lixen is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to emotional distress, missed connections, or service interruptions.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts located in Jefferson County, KY.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
